Floral Clock Tag

Hello all of you fabulous crafters in blogland!
This bookmark was made using the plastic that the Spellbinders come in. Created for Heartfelt Creations.
I have been saving the plastic shells from the Spellbinders for some time now. In most cases with the plastics that the grands come in, I put my cling stamps on them. I use a paper punch to get those 3 perfect holes and place them in notebooks. Can't beat the sturdiness.
Let me tell you what I used to make this bookmark and how it was put together.

Heartfelt Creations Products and Products Sold By HC:
Other Products Used for projects other than Heartfelt Creations:
Paper: Chipboard, Acetate from the Spellbinders packaging
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics, Adirondack Alcohol Inks Raisin, Meadow, Copper
Accessories: Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets, Glue Dots, Star Dust Stickles, Ribbon, Fibers, Sizzix Embossing Folder, Crop-a-dile.

Instructions: Cut acetate 6" x 2 1/2" and emboss. Cut off corners of tag, find the perfect label for your tag from the beautiful pattern paper and punch hole with Crop-a-dile. Ink up cotton applicators and do a hit and miss with all three colors on the plastic tag. Next die cut gears from chipboard, color with 3D paint and I used glue dots to adhere them. Stamp clock image, color and cut out, glue dot it into place as well. Now you can add your ribbon, fibers and bow. Wha-la you have it.

  1. You are so clever! I love the way you've repurposed these acetate covers into such a gorgeous bookmark. I just threw about a dozen of these cases out...but i have many more that I've saved. I'll never throw one away again! You can bet on that!
