Blue Celebration Blooms

Hello all you fabulous paper crafters in blogland!

Stay Stable
The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish
like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright,
useful, and fruitful; they shall grow like a
cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable,
durable, and incorruptible].
                                            PSALM 92:12

Created this card for Heartfelt Creations using the Cut Mat Create Dies. I manipulated the Cut Mat dies to create the mats behind the image.

First cut
Stick cardstock back in about halfway and cut again
After second die cut
Paper: Black, Light Blue and White Cardstock, Black Glitter Paper
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pebbles Pearlescent Chalks, Copics
Accessories: Spellbinders - A2 Valiant Honor, Flower Soft - Sunshine Yellow, Blue Bow, Black Dazzles, Pop Dots, Conture Creations Embossing Folder, Lifestyle Embossing Folder

Instructions: Card base 6 1/2" x 6 1/2". First mat measures 6 1/4" x 6 1/4". Second mat using the beautiful pattern paper measures 6" x 6". Adhere mats to card base. Die cut rectangles from mat dies as follows: die cut first mat from large rectangle, stick CS back in die about half way and cut again as shown above, this will give you the long slender mat cut as pictured. Do the same only this time using the next sized rectangle. Die cut two more using the large rounded corners rectangles from sets 2-1 and 2-B. Dry emboss the light blue and the white, then adhere to mats and place on card as shown. Next die cut fancy frame apply pop dots and place it on card. Stamp image, color and cut out using the cut mat dies. After you make the first cut, place it back in the die only this time leave about a 1/4" sticking out of the die and run it through again. You will do the same to the mat. Now adhere the image to mat, apply pop dots and adhere to fancy frame. Add flower soft in flower centers let dry. Die cut label, apply pop dots and place onto card. Stamp sentiment, fuzzy cut and place on label.
