Birds And Blooms

Hello all you fabulous paper crafters in blogland!

Stay Stable
The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish
like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright,
useful, and fruitful; they shall grow like a
cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable,
durable, and incorruptible].
                                             PSALM 92:12

Today I am bringing you a scrapbook page I created for Heartfelt Creations using the wonderful Cut Mat Create Dies. Using these dies to create scrapbook pages has cut my time in half. And aren't we all looking for things to make creating easier and faster?!

Heartfelt Creations Products and Products Sold By HC:

Other Products:
Paper: Green, Purple and White Cardstock, White Glitter Paper, Lavender Shimmer Paper
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Stampin Up - Perfect Plum, Lavender Lace, Copics
Accessories: Pearls, Pop Dots, Black Jewelry Wire, Yellow Flocking.

Instructions: Start with a 12" x 12" piece of green cardstock. Trim a piece of pattern paper 11 1/12" x 11 1/2" and adhere onto the green cardstock, leaving a half inch border. Stamp images on white CS, cut out using the coordinating mat dies as shown. Cut out layering mats using solid cardstock as pictured and layer together with colored images and picture. Layer and adhere your images with pop dots and adhere to page as shown. Die cut 2 large floral flourishes and adhere in upper left corner and lower right corner, apply pearls in flower centers. Die cut 2 daisy flourishes and adhere on each side of picture and apply pearls in flower centers as well. Stamp butterfly image twice, color and fussy cut. Created the butterfly feelers from jewelry wire and glued to butterflies, then placed one on each of the flourished corners. On upper right image I used prills in the flower centers. On the bottom left I used yellow flocking. For the origami bow click here. After bow is created, stamp flower image, cut using coordinating die, color, shape, adhere to bow and add a pearl in center.
