Baby Congratulations

What happened to summer? I thought summer was here, where did it go to?

 Paper: Light Turquoise, Light Yellow, White, Mint Green Cardstock, White Glitter Cardstock, Vellum, Ink: Versa Mark Watermark Ink, Stampin Up - Barely Banana 
 Accessories: Pearl String, Sheer Ribbon, Baby Blue Embossing Powder.

Instructions: Base card 7 1/2" x 5 1/2". Cut light yellow CS 7 1/4" x 5 1/4". Choose pattern picture frame and adhere all 3 pieces together. Apply pearls around frame. Die cut baby buggy and remove buggy top, now you have an umbrella. Lay umbrella on vellum and trace down to loops. Cut out and glue to umbrella. Weave ribbon through umbrella loops and add a bow in center, ready to adhere to card. Die cut umbrella handle and place as pictured. Die cut, the scroll circle from Once Upon A Time die using glitter CS, ink, place 3D dots and apply to card. Stamp sentiment with Versa Mark and sprinkle embossing powder and heat emboss then die cut with Once Upon a Time die, apply 3D dots and place over first circle.

  1. Such a sweet card....love how the umbrella is shading the resting baby. It's summer here, Linda! Humid and temps in the 90's! What happened to SPRING?
