Base card is a 6" x 6". Layer with light grey 5 3/4" square and next layer with a piece from the Christmas card collection 5 1/2" square. Next with the A-2 Filigree die cut and the oval die, center oval die in Filigree window and tape together. Now cut and emboss using white glitter CS. Use it once again and cut out a piece of chip board and adhere to glitter paper. Next, using light grey CS take the oval from Filigree set and draw a line around the outer side and cut out with scissors. With this same oval, center the largest oval die from the Classic Oval Sm set and cut out, this gives a picture frame mat affect. Next choose a picture from the Christmas Card Paper Collection and die cut using the oval from A-2 Filigree Delight set and adhere to back of frame. Ready to glue Filigree frame with picture to card. Add a rhinestone in center of star and use Stickles on the star burst. Place pearls in corners and sides. Adhere a string of pearls around the frame using the 3-D Crystal Lacquer, this acts as a great achieve for gluing pearls and dries fast. Next ink up poinsettia stamps and stamp 1 X large on moss green CS, 1 X large on blue, 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small all on blue CS. Distress the poinsettia leaves, blue and green. Next with the paper blossoms tools, shape all the leaves. With metal glue tip over glue opening follow the vain lines on leaves with glue, add some Gala Glitz - White to the leaves for a sparkly  crystal affect and adhere flowers together. Cut some fun fur 4", 2 strings of pearls about 3 1/2", string of diamonds 3 1/2"  and wrap a thread around them at the top to hold them together and adhere to card. Place and adhere poinsettia over fun fur and pearls.

  2. I just love this card. The color palette grabs me right away, but the thing I love the most is the way your flower is an echo of the beautiful star in the focal image. The way you built that glorious "tail" of fibers and pearls is inspired. So gorgeous!
